$65 per person includes a glass of sparkling Blanc de Blancs or Moscato on arrival and coffee or tea.

1st tier

Tomato and basil bruschetta

Bresaola, truffled wild mushroom, goats cheese en croute

Salmon gravlax bruschetta, avocado cream

2nd tier

Beetroot and goats cheese tart

Four cheese arancini

Pork and sage sausage rolls, house made BBQ sauce

3rd tier

Chocolate, muscat and almond fudge cake

Pineapple, strawberry and blueberry with minted sugar
