Front of House
The staff at The Deck Cafe Lovedale have a huge amount of experience gained at various Hunter Valley establishments as well as catering for large corporate events, weddings, outdoor concerts and other public events.
Manager Karen has worked for many years here in the Hunter and brings a personal friendly touch to the cafe, making everyone feel welcome.

In the kitchen
We have two head chefs Nathan and Martin along with an awesome team of chefs and apprentices who put in 110% every day to deliver consistently fantastic food.
We pride ourselves on employing local young people, some of whom stay with us for several years through school and Uni before moving on to many and varied careers. We are very fortunate to have such a great talent base to pick from here in the Hunter Valley.
Our Cafe has been

Specialists
We’re specialists and we love what we do.
We provide first-class friendly service with authentic dishes made from locally-sourced products. We bake bread and make all pasta and sauces on-site in our kitchens.
